The Tru Grit Runner Curved Treadmill is a powerful, self-powered solution designed for both commercial gyms and serious home training environments. Built to deliver a natural running experience, this curved treadmill allows you to move the way your body was meant to—without relying on motors, presets, or power cords.

Its manual, self-propelled design puts you fully in control of your pace, helping you develop better running mechanics, including cadence, posture, and balance. Whether you're sprinting, jogging, or pushing through resistance training, every step is driven by your own effort—resulting in a more demanding and rewarding workout.

With six resistance levels, the Grit Runner adapts to your training style. From smooth, unrestricted running to intense sled-push simulation, you can easily vary your workout intensity. The curved running surface encourages a mid-foot strike and reduces joint impact, making it ideal for both performance training and injury prevention.

Track your progress with the cordless, battery-powered LCD console, displaying essential metrics like speed, distance, calories, and intervals. Durable, efficient, and easy to use, the Grit Runner is one of the most effective ways to replicate outdoor running indoors—no matter the season.
