Shipping

All orders ship FREE within the continental United States. Your Major Fitness product will leave our warehouse within 5–7 business days of placing your order. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

We provide curbside delivery as standard. This means your order will be delivered to the nearest curbside at your home. In many cases, delivery drivers will go beyond curbside and place the package in front of your garage or inside your garage if it is open at the time of delivery.

Since Major Fitness products are large and heavy, we recommend having at least two people available to move the equipment from the delivery point to your setup area. Please note: standard delivery does not include unpacking, assembly, or room-of-choice placement.

Light Commercial Warranties & Returns

For use in non-dues-paying facilities such as apartments, hotels, schools, police or fire stations, and physical therapy centers, the F35 Pro is covered under our light commercial warranty (with a maximum usage of 5 hours per day).
