Because of its high-performance motor and advanced features—including RunFree Mode and speeds of up to 4:00 per mile—KICKR RUN requires a dedicated electrical circuit to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Power Requirements
The Wahoo KICKR RUN requires a dedicated 120-volt, 15- or 20-amp electrical circuit without GFCI protection at either the outlet or breaker.
A dedicated circuit means that a single circuit breaker in your home's main distribution/breaker panel supplies power directly to one outlet used exclusively by the KICKR RUN.
Important electrical requirements:
- Dedicated 120V, 15- or 20-amp circuit required
- No GFCI protection at the outlet or circuit breaker
- The treadmill must connect directly to the wall outlet

Customers are responsible for any damage that occurs to a product during a return shipment when the customer is responsible for arranging the shipment. We recommend using appropriate packaging and purchasing shipping insurance when applicable.
For international returns, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges associated with the return shipment.
Refunds
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment account or payment method.
