Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for orders within the contiguous United States. PO Boxes are not accepted for these large sauna products.

Large Item Delivery: Due to the size and weight of these outdoor and indoor sauna products, some orders may ship via LTL freight. Customers should ensure the delivery location is accessible for large freight shipments.

Returns Policy

30-Day Return Period: Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Buyer’s Remorse: Returns due to buyer's remorse must be for products that are unused and in their original condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply if the original packaging is damaged.

Product Condition: Sauna products must be returned in resalable condition with all included components, accessories, manuals, and packaging whenever possible.

Return Authorization: Customers must contact customer service before returning a product and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

These ALEKO sauna products include a 1-year limited warranty against eligible manufacturing defects, subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.

It does not necessarily cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, modifications, accidents, neglect, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the manufacturer's installation and operating instructions.
